CRECGC hosts a variety of annual events that allow you to
connect with others in the commercial real estate community.
CRECGC's Top Producers Annual Awards Reception recognizes
the professional achievements of its members. To keep you
up to date on the latest new commercial development, CRECGC
hosts a bus tour that explores a different part of the tri-state
region each year. And, for a fun and relaxing way to spend
time with your peers, CRECGC is holding a Golf Outing this

Committee Involvement
As a CRECGC member, you can participate on one or more of
our many committees. CRECGC committees help plan programs,
social and annual events, publications and support CRECGC's
public policy efforts.
Continuing Education
Renewing your license is a necessary investment in your career.
CRECGC helps you make that investment by providing members
a discount of nearly 40% off educational offerings. Most courses
are approved for continuing education credit in Ohio, or Kentucky.
Education, Networking and Social Events
CRECGC connects you with your peers through educational and
networking opportunities. Members receive discounts on CRECGC
programs. Monthly and quarterly programs address timely industry
topics while providing an opportunity for networking. From
new commercial development to telecommunications and how to
meet the needs of high tech clients, CRECGC events cover a

Professional Standards
CRECGC strives for professionalism among all commercial brokers
through enforcement of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. If
a dispute does arise, your membership provides for grievance,
arbitration and mediation forums that can keep you out of
court and in business.
Publications/Website
CRECGC members receive our newsletter, Commercial Real Estate
News, which offers insight and opinion on the region's commercial
real estate market.
Public Recognition
Leasing & Sales Awards - Each year
CRECGC recognizes remarkable sales and leasing performance.
Top awards are given in sales, leasing, development, financing,
and more. Members are also recognized for their commitment
to the industry and community. CRECGC awards are covered by
the Business Courier and Cincinnati Enquirer print media,
giving members wider recognition for their achievements.
